Filó s'ha transmès en un munt de tractats independents, i la repartició en volums és de l'edició anglesa de Yonge, del segle XIX, no de Filó. Per això la referència que serveix és el títol del tractat i el número de paràgraf, no el volum: així es pot comprovar en qualsevol edició. I convé recordar el mateix que al primer volum: aquest Filó ens ha arribat perquè el van copiar els cristians.
