Contexto e historia
Un niño crece solo en una isla desierta y, sin maestro, sin lengua y sin revelación, llega él solo a la física, la metafísica y el conocimiento de Dios. Escrita en al-Ándalus en el siglo XII. Traducida al latín en 1671, la leyeron Locke y Defoe: es el antepasado de Robinson Crusoe y, a la vez, un argumento sobre hasta dónde llega la razón sola.
