Uno de los pocos textos gnósticos largos que se conocían antes de los hallazgos de Nag Hammadi: Jesús resucitado enseña a los discípulos durante once años, y María Magdalena es la que hace las mejores preguntas. Conservado en copto, en un manuscrito comprado en Londres en el siglo XVIII.

Contexto editorial, no una fuente citable: a diferencia de los pasajes de la obra, estos datos no se pueden comprobar contra el corpus.
